Simply follow these steps to get the required (VA) referral to our office.

1. The veteran must call your VA coordination team.
2. Identify yourself as a veteran and tell them what problem you have that needs care (“low back pain”, “arthritis pain”, etc.).
3. Ask for a referral to Dr Robert Dahl, or Dr Tom Sandberg at Dahl Chiropractic Clinic

The (VA) will confirm your benefits and schedule your appointment at our office with a referral at no cost to you.
